OUR UPDATED RESPONSE TO COVID-19
Due to the everyday rise of Covid-19 cases and our dedication to the safety of all who enter Lumber Jill’s, we have revised some of our policies and holding fast to others.
1. We will be continue to hold to our high standard of cleanliness. It is one of the aspects of Lumber Jill’s that we hear constant compliments on within our space. All tables, stools, axes, and exposed surfaces will be cleaned in between groups. If you would like to clean axes handles between thowers in your group, just let us know and we can get you what you need for that. Bathrooms, bar, occupied event space, and other general cleaning will be done often. There is hand sanitizer at the check-in desk and the bar.
2. Social Distancing will be an important part of what we do. Our staff will be very conscious of their spacing between you and themselves. It is important for us to be close enough to observe for safety, but we will do that in limited increments. We will also leave every other recreation lane unoccupied and evaluate the amount of space between groups on the competition lanes. (Because those are wider, depending on the number of people in a particular group, the spacing is easier to accomplish.)
3. We will now require our staff to wear masks. It is not a requirement for you as a patron, but will be for us. We will, however, remove our masks to communicate the safety rules. Because of the importance of those rules, we want to make sure everyone is hearing them completely and with very little barrier. After they have been stated, our coaches will put their masks back on.
